If you’re here, it means you’ve either placed an order with us or are considering it — and we couldn’t be happier. We truly appreciate your trust in choosing RARA Swimwear to be part of your wardrobe.

Our Philosophy

We’re committed to delivering your RARA Swimwear pieces in excellent condition and in the shortest possible time. Every order is handled with care so your items reach you fresh, ready, and perfect for your next swim or sun-soaked day.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders within India once the cart value exceeds ₹2,000. Please note, that if the cart value falls below ₹2,000, standard shipping charges will apply. We strive to provide the best value for our customers, and we encourage you to take advantage of our free shipping be adding more items to your cart.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders arrive within 4–7 business days.

For express delivery (available in select metro cities), orders must be prepaid. An additional charge of ₹ applies for this service. Please contact us for express delivery arrangements.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with details of our Delivery Service Partner and your tracking (AWB) number. You will also receive estimated delivery dates via SMS and email.

Delivery Attempt

Our Delivery Service Partner will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse. Re-dispatch can be arranged upon request.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our delivery partner will usually call before attempting delivery. If you’re unavailable, two additional attempts will be made before the order is returned.

Incomplete Delivery

You may sometimes receive only part of your order due to:

  • Multiple shipments from our side (remaining items may still be in transit)

  • Temporary unavailability of certain items

Delivery Address

You can update your shipping address before your order has been processed (packed). To check your order status, email raraswim@gmail.com.

Once shipped, we cannot redirect orders to a new address, so please ensure the address provided is correct. Each order can be delivered to only one address — for multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

International Shipping

Currently, RARA Swimwear ships only within India. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, but delivery addresses must be within India.

Damages

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at raraswim@gmail.com. Products can be exchanged within 2 days of receiving them, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
