Cancellation:

In case you’d like to cancel your order, we should be notified within 24 hours of ordering. We process all orders within 24 hours of ordering, so no requests would be entertained for cancellation post 24 hours. About swimwear:

Swimwear is an ‘intimate wear’ category due to which if you want to return an item & have it exchanged, you are eligible to do so within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds but do provide a store credit of the same value. Hygiene is of utmost importance & priority at RARA Swim, hence for returns, exchange or store credit, the garment needs to be in original condition (unused, unworn & unaltered) with tags & liners attached.

Terms & Conditions:

In case you want to exchange an item, please reach out at raraswim.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. An additional charge of Rs. 500 will apply for exchange & returns. Upon receiving the order, the team will inspect the garment first, only post that depending on the request will the customer be eligible for a store credit or exchange. For any kind of returns or exchange the same standard duration of shipping will apply. The order will be picked up from your location within 72 hours

Damaged products:

Please note, in case your order is damaged in transit or otherwise, you can reach us out at raraswim.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not be able to entertain any requests post the given duration.

For returns & exchanges, in case your order is damaged we will not be able to provide you, with neither a store credit nor an exchange.
